(This does not include mouthing / play biting) * TERMS AND CONDITIONS: * By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully accept Training With Mady NZ Ltd (Training With Mady) Terms and Conditions as detailed below: DISCLOSURE & LIABILITY You are the legal owner of your dog. Your dog’s vaccinations are up to date and your dog is properly licensed. You have disclosed any significant behavioural issues, medical conditions and allergies of your dog to Training With Mady. If any accident, injury or medical problems develop while your dog is in the care of Training With Mady, you authorise Training With Mady to do whatever they deem necessary for the wellbeing of your dog. You agree to assume full responsibility for any and all costs incurred. You understand that there are risks involved in training your dog and you accept that Training With Mady is not liable for any injuries, illnesses or damages (of any kind) to your dog or any third party (human or animal) resulting while your dog is in Training With Mady care unless caused by our negligence. You agree that in providing the training to your dog, Training With Mady is not liable for any loss or damage suffered to any property unless this is caused by our negligence. SERVICES & FEES Training Consultations and Training Programs total Fee's are payable on booking to confirm the appointment. Training With Mady Programs are payable in one instalment upon booking. For payment plan options (upon request), the first half is payable on booking and then and the final half is payable over four weeks. Late payment may result in the postponement of your Program date. CANCELLATION POLICY For cancellations up to three weeks prior to training commencing a full refund will be given. Cancellations within three weeks of training commencing will receive no refund. For Home Consultations, a minimum of 48-hours notice is required to reschedule. Less than 48-hours notice, the Home Consultation will be charged as completed and billed in entirety. For Programs and Training Sessions, a minimum of 48-hours notice is required to reschedule any session. With less than 48-hours notice, the session with be considered completed. Rescheduled Home Consultations and Training Sessions must take place within three months of the original booking or will be deemed completed & billed in entirety.
